The Goal

When current store owner Don Adams bought the store 13 years ago, he set out on a mission to make it the number one stop for pets and their people.  Through taking on more staff and even relocating in 2007 to it's current location, Sidney's Pet Centre has, over the years, changed and evolved.  Don and his staff have done their best to make shopping at Sidney's Pet Centre as convenient and enjoyable as possible.
The Staff

Here we have the wonderful opportunity to introduce the people (and pets) who make everything here possible.
Harrison:
Throughout his almost 4 and a half years of employment with the store, Harrison has made it his goal to provide people with as good customer service as he possibly can. Although he has aspirations for his future, he feels he is enjoying his time at the store too much.  In fact, it is not uncommon for him to spend time at the store on his days off, and he has even been heard saying he feels a certain attachment to the store.  It sounds like Harrison might be in danger of becoming a permanent store fixture. 
Alex:
Over the course of her nearly 3 year employment, Alex worked her way up from a part-time position, to her current full time position as assistant manager.  Her unique presence and sense of humour help to lend a lighter feel to the air, and her laughter can often be heard across the store.  Although she enjoys her work here, Alex plans to leave us in the not-so-distant future to persue a career in health.  Though we will miss her when she goes, we are very excited for her and wish her all the best.
Angie:
As our newest addition to the store, Angie makes it a top priority of hers to absorb as much information as she possibly can in order to maintain a high level of customer service.  Even though she has only been with us a short time, she is already a great asset to our team. 
The Animals

We can't forget about our four-legged and winged staff members.

Diago & Ace
From greeting customers to inspecting the treats and toys (quality control, of course), these dogs make a great team running the front end of the store.

Cuddles
Our Muluccan Cockatoo has many jobs and talents to offer.  She is both a mascott and conversation partner, and sometimes even volunteers her services as a wake-up caller.
